Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Lead BIM Coordinator with 5+ years of professional experience to lead project teams and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects, allocating resources effectively and tracking progress in a dynamic project environment.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies to meet business objectives and drive project success.
  • Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and profit goals, leveraging expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Monitor project leads' updates to track project status accurately and make informed decisions.
  • Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations and ensuring high-quality outputs across all design stages.
  • Coordinate with international clients and consultants for BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables, requiring excellent English communication skills and strong time management capabilities.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced project setting.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms, including Revit and Navisworks, and support recruitment and training activities for new hires, focusing on technical skills development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in applying BIM across various disciplines and project domains, with a solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry, with high proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passionate and detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic project environment.
