Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled structural modeling expert to support our engineering team by creating accurate and detailed 3D models and structural drawings.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing structural drawings and 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD based on engineering markups and design requirements.
  • Collaborating with architects, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure model consistency.
  • Producing accurate shop drawings, detailed sections, and reinforcement detailing as required.
  • Maintaining BIM models and updating them as needed through the lifecycle of the project.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international codes.
  • Assisting in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or other BIM coordination software.
  • Ensuring quality control of drafted output and managing drawing revisions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum [3-5] years of experience as a structural draftsman, with at least [2] years using BIM/Revit.
  • Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.
  • Solid knowledge of structural systems (RC, steel, post-tensioning, etc.) and detailing standards.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
