Agile Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile project coordinator to facilitate our team's delivery of high-quality projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team progress and alignment.
  • Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and identify solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and drive business outcomes.
  • Apply knowledge of Agile methodologies and business analysis techniques to drive project success.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment (at least 2+ years).
  • Experience in a Business Analyst role with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Dynamics 365 expertise is required.
