Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager - International Markets
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead our international business development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including senior executives and decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of international markets and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the OEM business, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Advanced degree in business or a related field, such as an MBA or PGDM.
