Solar Sales Director for Telangana

Orb Energy is seeking an experienced Solar Sales Director to lead our rooftop solar sales efforts in Telangana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building a high-performing sales team.
About YouWe are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in B2B sales, preferably in the solar industry. Your expertise in leading sales teams, handling large-scale projects, and managing key accounts will be invaluable in this role. Additionally, your ability to inspire and motivate your team will be essential in driving success.
Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in Telangana, focusing on rooftop solar sales to commercial and industrial (C&I) customers.
- Talent Management: Build, train, and direct a high-performing sales team in Telangana, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to succeed.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from lead generation to installation and servicing, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and build trust.
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in techno-commercial B2B sales, preferably in the solar industry.
- Leadership: Proven track record in leading sales teams, handling large-scale projects, and managing key accounts.
- Qualifications: MBA or equivalent degree, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive Salary: ₹50 lakhs - ₹70 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
