As a Digital Client Success Manager at Pinstorm, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business results through innovative digital marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Success: Develop and execute client success plans to ensure that client goals and objectives are met.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Campaign Management: Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, website, SEO, and video production.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and informative updates on campaign performance.
