Role Overview

The Client Success Representative will be the primary point of contact for Enfusion clients, providing exceptional support and guidance on the Enfusion platform. This role requires a strong understanding of investment management workflows and operations, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to Enfusion clients, addressing their queries and concerns related to the Enfusion platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless client experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Enfusion's product offerings and services, ensuring accurate information is provided to clients.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a product support role for a portfolio management system or order management system provider, or middle/back office or operations role at a hedge fund, prime broker, or fund administrator.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, financial math, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
