Business Development Executive

About the Job:
As a Business Development Executive at Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in expanding our industry association membership. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new customers, offering them our FREE OF COST, FREE FOREVER, NO CHARGES membership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a list of fabrication, engineering companies, and equipment manufacturers in your city, including their contact details.
- Reach out to these companies, either by phone or email, to schedule appointments with their owners or purchase heads.
- Meet with these companies and offer our membership, highlighting the benefits it provides.
- Fulfill membership forms in their entirety.
- Record daily work activities, whether visiting companies or making calls from home.
- Once a company becomes a member, offer our engineering products and services.
Requirements:
- Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics with an MBA preferred but not compulsory.
- Previous sales experience, especially in the field, is advantageous.
- Availability to work from home or in the field, as our office is not currently present in your city.
What We Offer:
- A fixed salary of Rs 3 Lac to 5 Lac CTC per year.
- Travelling expense reimbursement.
- New Year Performance Bonus of Rs 50,000 after confirmation.
- A Performance Incentive of Rs 10,000 additional if you acquire more than 100 free memberships within two months.
