About the Role
Seeking a dedicated remote support specialist to provide troubleshooting via Nokia OSS and guide field crews during site activities. This role is critical in ensuring smooth R&M execution, RTWP mitigation, KPI monitoring, SCOP reporting, and effective coordination with on-ground teams.
- Provide real-time RTWP troubleshooting support during site activities.
- Login to Nokia OSS for: RTWP logs, lock/unlock radios, parameter checks, and troubleshooting commands.
- Guide crews to resolve RTWP imbalance, PIM issues, and uplink interference.
- Support R&M troubleshooting – radios, baseband, RET, fiber, MW, and RF jumpers.
- Coordinate with Carrier Switch team for software load, commissioning, and integration.
- Monitor KPIs post-commissioning to validate site stability and performance.
- Prepare SCOP reports (Excel/PPT) including KPIs, RTWP logs, alarms, and troubleshooting steps.
Strong technical knowledge of 4G LTE & 5G NR technologies, proficiency with Nokia OSS operations, and expertise in RTWP/PIM troubleshooting and external interference mitigation are essential.
- Hands-on experience with RET troubleshooting, RF paths, microwave links, and fiber.
- Familiarity with spectrum analyzers and filters for interference hunting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Earth for reporting, strong English communication skills, and excellent problem-solving, coordination, and documentation abilities are required.
- Hands-on with Anritsu or equivalent interference-hunting tools.
- Exposure to multi-vendor environments (Ericsson, Samsung, etc.).
- Familiarity with Python/SQL/dashboarding tools for KPI/RTWP tracking.
This role ensures our crews receive strong remote support during troubleshooting, commissioning, and R&M activities, while driving high-quality SCOP reporting for projects.
