About the Position

This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales function and be able to analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Sales Planning

The successful candidate will work closely with the reporting manager to develop and implement sales plans, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Client Servicing

The Sales Team Lead will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agencies, providing market insights and awareness of existing and new services offered by the company.

Smart Sell and New Initiatives

The Sales Operations Specialist will analyze category and industry trends, creating a basket of opportunities with implementable plans to drive incremental business through new initiatives and new clients.

Sales Review

The Sales Growth Specialist will provide information to the reporting manager on order booked, client calls, and other key performance indicators, participating in weekly and monthly sales reviews to suggest necessary course corrections.
