As a pivotal hiring specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership by ensuring our candidates receive exceptional support and care throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Management:
  • You will be instrumental in guiding candidates through the interview process, coordinating availability and preparing briefing documents to support their preparation.
  • You will also manage assessments, ensuring all candidate documentation post-offer is completed efficiently, and arrange follow-up meetings, including interviews and feedback briefings.

Candidate Marketing and CRM Management:

  • You will maintain a database of top target candidates and ensure they receive regular updates from our organization. You will also partner with marketing directors to keep recruiting presentations up-to-date with correct bios and data.

Other Responsibilities:

  • You will produce regular activity, progress, and other reports, analyzing key trend data to inform decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree (undergraduate or graduate)
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in person, with outstanding attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
