Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Relationship Manager to manage mid-market and emerging large corporates.
The ideal candidate should have a qualification in CA or MBA from a reputed institute and 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Banking/ARC/Big 4 consultancy firms.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage borrower accounts, conduct regular follow-ups, and maintain updates on developments in respective borrower accounts.
- Advise borrowers in turnaround situations, undertake viability studies, develop sustainable business plans, and participate in rehabilitation packages.
- Manage stressed assets, interact with companies, monitor performance, adhere to stipulated terms, conduct site visits, review credit files, financials, and security documentation.
- Design early warning triggers for allocated accounts, closely monitor portfolios, review operational and financial performance, track monthly cash flows, and monitor economic cycles and industries that impact assets.
- Formulate recovery strategies post factoring legal options.
Key Competencies
- Read and understand financial statements, perform credit analysis.
- Knowledge of various industries.
- Familiarity with RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring.
- Reasonable knowledge of legal forums and applicable laws.
- Satisfactory note-making skills and good command over written and spoken communication.
