Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to retirement.">
  • Oversight of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes for accurate inventory tracking and asset optimization.">
  • Leadership of Software Asset Management (SAM) programs for license compliance, audit readiness, and vendor management.">
  • Implementation of Cloud Insights practices to monitor and optimize cloud consumption and costs.">
  • Maintenance and governance of CMDB and asset repositories for accuracy and compliance with IT standards.">
  • Collaboration with procurement, finance, and IT teams for cost-effective asset management and reporting.">
  • Audits, reconciliations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate IT asset-related risks.">
  • Training and mentoring of junior staff on ITAM processes, compliance, and tools.">
  • Promotion of automation and continuous improvement initiatives within IT asset management.">
