  • Familiarity with IBM Maximo Asset Management (v7.6 or later) is essential for success in this role.
  • We seek experts who can configure and customize Maximo modules, including Work Order, Asset, Inventory, Procurement, etc., to drive business efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining workflows, escalations, automation scripts, and BIRT reports are critical skills required for this position.
  • System administration tasks like user setup, security groups, domains, and cron jobs require attention to detail and technical expertise.
  • Participating in Maximo implementations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning is crucial for ensuring seamless operations.
  • Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, web services, and middleware for integrations is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, and scripting languages like JavaScript, Jython is required for effective solution development.
  • Collaboration with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective Maximo solutions is key.
  • Creating documentation, user manuals, and delivering end-user training requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sharing knowledge.

A plus would be familiarity with cloud deployments (IBM Maximo Application Suite on AWS/Azure).
