Job Title: Senior Legal SpecialistAre you a legal expert looking to take your career to the next level? As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and vetting commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with data protection laws, contributing to internal compliance, IP protection, and risk management frameworks, liaising with external counsels, partners, and regulators when needed, staying updated on evolving legal and regulatory landscapes, and assisting in developing and maintaining internal legal processes and templates.Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and vetting commercial agreements (including SaaS, licensing, data sharing, MSAs, NDAs, etc.)
  • Supporting in ensuring compliance with data protection laws (DPDP, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Contributing to internal compliance, IP protection, and risk management frameworks
  • Liaising with external counsels, partners, and regulators when needed
  • Staying updated on evolving legal and regulatory landscapes and proactively informing internal stakeholders
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining internal legal processes and templates
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel (TMT, Fintech, or General Corporate)
  • LL.B. required (LL.M. or certifications in data privacy/fintech are a plus)
  • Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation
  • Understanding of software licensing, technology transfers, and data privacy
  • Clear, confident communication—able to simplify legal concepts for non-legal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple legal matters autonomously
