Business Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader to build and lead our India operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to launch and scale a business practice from the ground up, encompassing strategy, client acquisition, team management, operations, and full profit & loss ownership in one of India's most competitive markets.

You will be responsible for establishing our presence in India, starting with Delhi NCR and expanding into other key cities. Key responsibilities include developing client partnerships, leading a team of high-performing professionals, driving business growth, market insights, and strategic alignment with global leadership.

To succeed in this role, you will need 15+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition, with a proven track record in business development, client management, and revenue growth. Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills are essential, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset with experience setting up or scaling new business units.
