Business Leadership Role

We are seeking a talented executive to take on a key leadership position in our organization. This role will be based in the given location.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through new account generation and retention of existing clients.
  • Build relationships with CXOs and senior directors to drive discussions and cross-sell products.
  • Cultivate deep understanding of clients' risks needs and determine services and products that best serve their issues and objectives.
  • Analyze existing policies, suggest improvements and negotiate better terms with markets.
  • Retail and expand client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain networks within the business community and industry.
  • Manage key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Engage regularly with insurance companies to ensure continuous stakeholder engagement.
  • Team Management Capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to manage internal and external customers, partners and vendors.
  • Domain expertise preferred.
  • MBA degree.
  • Technical skills in MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures.
  • Insurance industry experience.
  • Proven sales track record with focus on revenue growth and target achievement.
  • Deep understanding of employer market segment and purchasing style.
  • Able to establish relationships and collaborate effectively with teams at all levels to close business.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Interest in staying up-to-date with latest developments in health and benefits space.
  • Results-driven with strong accountability and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
