Senior Infrastructure Architect Lead

Epsilon's IT infrastructure team is at the forefront of innovation and efficiency.

We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead our global infrastructure design teams.

This role will play a pivotal part in our global transformation journey, shifting from traditional infrastructure management toward a modern, DevOps-centric, cloud-native delivery model.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of both legacy and emerging infrastructure platforms, combined with proven leadership in managing globally distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of infrastructure leads, engineers, and service owners across global teams.
  • Driving alignment with global IT strategy focused on automation, scalability, and cloud native architecture.
  • Representing infrastructure delivery in global planning and governance forums.
  • Ensuring availability, reliability, and performance of on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure platforms.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing global or regional teams.
  • 5+ year experience working within a public cloud environment.
