About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering highly available and scalable infrastructure solutions for container platforms, public clouds, and hybrid cloud environments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure, highly available, and scalable infrastructure solutions using cloud technologies and automation frameworks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives, define technical designs, and formalize roadmaps and priorities.
  • Develop standard automation templates for deployment of public cloud infrastructure and platform components.
  • Migrate well-architected applications to containers and cloud environments.
  • Transform ideas into clear technical requirements to formalize technical designs.
  • Drive innovation and excellence in cloud-based solutions, including reference architectures, estimates, and deployments.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience in systems architecture, engineering, or development, including experience in cloud automation frameworks, hybrid cloud infrastructure deployments, and IaC.
  • Experience in designing, building, and running production systems in cloud or migrating to the cloud and/or containers, practicing infrastructure as code, automated testing, and automating infrastructure tasks.
  • Solid understanding of various AWS/GCP/Azure services, including networking, compute, database, and storage.
  • Proficient in programming/scripting languages like Python, Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC frameworks.
  • Good understanding of software development processes, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline tools like Jenkins and proficient in git and VCS like BitBucket or Github.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively in a global matrix management environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with hands-on IaC development and deployment in hybrid cloud deployments.
  • Experience in designing, building, and supporting large-scale production systems in cloud or migrating to the cloud, automated testing, autoscaling, and self-healing.
  • Well-versed in Well Architected frameworks driving operation excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization.
  • Strong knowledge in Linux and very hands-on experience in one or more scripting languages like Python, Nodejs, or Golang.
  • Strong understanding and experienced with containerization technologies and cloud-native application architecture.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI algorithms, and their architectural design.
