Primary Years Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educational leader to drive the success of our Primary Years Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and review curriculum in alignment with IB guidelines, ensuring a seamless learning experience for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers to foster a culture of inquiry, reflection, and student-centered learning.
  • Provide guidance and support for teachers in developing transdisciplinary units and inquiry-based learning experiences, promoting academic excellence.
  • Organize and lead professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Engage with parents and the school community to promote understanding of the PYP, building strong relationships.
  • Coordinate and support student assessments, maintaining accurate records as per IB requirements.
  • Stay updated with IB developments and changes to ensure the school's adherence to IB standards, driving continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and the IB organization, ensuring effective collaboration.
