Collaboration with internal teams is essential to improve processes and outcomes.

  • Key responsibilities include coordinating with counsellors, providing regular training, and ensuring they are well-informed about UK higher education trends.
  • Monitoring and reviewing team cases related to Russell Group universities.
  • Preparing and presenting weekly reports on conversion progress to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
