Job Title: International Nursing Career Guide
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance to nurses and nursing students on international courses, licensing pathways, and career opportunities abroad.
- Explain eligibility, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams for successful enrollment in overseas programs.
- Assist students with applications, documentation, and compliance requirements for seamless study abroad experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams for admissions, operations, and marketing initiatives to drive student enrollment.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in counseling, preferably in education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of nursing abroad pathways and related industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration and client support.
- Target-driven with strong sales and conversion orientation to achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools is required for efficient task management and record-keeping.
The ideal candidate will be able to own the sales funnel for nursing abroad vertical, maintain a high counselling-to-conversion ratio, and ensure timely follow-ups and CRM hygiene to optimize business outcomes.
