About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and organized professional to take on a key role in servicing accounts end-to-end. As a Key Accounts Processor, you will be responsible for documenting and billing our brokers, ensuring timely account servicing. Your tasks will include creating documents before and after placing business, generating invoices on behalf of the broker, and providing final policy documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • KPI Management:
    • Meet performance targets as defined by KPIs. Maintain set SLA accuracy, quality, and TAT standards prescribed by the Business Unit. Manage workload/volumes and delivery expectations according to business requirements.
    • Gain a thorough understanding of the business process.
    • Accurately update work trackers and time tracking tools in real-time.
    • Complete ad-hoc tasks as directed by Team Leaders.
    • Ensure adherence to compliance and operate within guidelines of internal and external regulators. Follow all statutory and company procedures while processing work to protect clients, colleagues, and business interests.
  • Operations Management/Operational Effectiveness:
    • Participate actively in team huddles.
    • Support key initiatives aimed at implementing change.
    • Inform Team Managers immediately of any feedback (including breaches/errors) found in the process.
  • Relationship management:
    • Nurture ongoing, effective relationships with stakeholders (internal and external).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Commerce or Insurance background preferred.
Functional Competencies
  • Analytical: ability to research, collect, interpret, analyze, and solve problems using numerical and graphical data.
  • Attention to Detail: achieve thoroughness, accuracy, and completeness when completing tasks.
  • Communications Skills: comprehend, articulate, and respond effectively to information through verbal and written mediums.
  • MS Office: possess requisite knowledge level and understanding.
