Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Description:

This role is responsible for leading the recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamless talent acquisition experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to meet business objectives.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an attractive employer.
  • Perform sourcing activities to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls.
  • Ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to employee retention and development initiatives.
  • Supervise and guide recruiting personnel to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, assessment centers, and other events to promote the company's brand.
  • Analyze metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager or equivalent role.
  • Full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding expertise.
  • Understanding of various selection methods and techniques.
  • Proficient use of social media and job boards to attract top talent.
  • Able to understand the duties and competencies of different roles within the organization.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Well-organized and proactive approach to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • A leader and strategic thinker who can drive results-oriented initiatives.
