NxtWave is a leading edtech company seeking an experienced Offline Expansion Strategist to drive our growth in offline markets. With a strong presence in the Indian education sector, we are looking for a visionary leader to spearhead our offline expansion strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in offline sales, a strong understanding of the Indian education market, and a proven track record of scaling businesses through brick-and-mortar channels.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on offline expansion.
