Restaurant Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Management Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily supervision of restaurant operations, including menu planning, sanitation standards, and server/host assistance during peak meal periods.
  • Conduct training initiatives to improve employee performance and satisfaction.
  • Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and coach employees to meet performance expectations.
  • Supervise daily shift operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
