As a key player in our organization's human resources function, the Assistant HR Manager will oversee various aspects of employee lifecycle management.

The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operation of HR processes and contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • HR Administration: Oversee HR records, payroll management, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate performance appraisal process, provide constructive feedback, and support employee development initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize sessions, and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Employee Exit Formalities: Manage offboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR domains, including compliance and organizational dynamics.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure precision in processes and documentation.
  • Ethical Judgment: Strong commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
