Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Only nearby candidates should apply)

Work Days: 6 days a week

Preference: Male candidates Joining: At the ealiest/15days

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic HR Executive with a strong focus on recruitment (70%) along with general HR operations (30%). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving talent acquisition, managing employee engagement, and supporting HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (70%)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Manage job postings across portals, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

Generalist HR (30%)

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • 25 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and sourcing ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or near Andheri West, Mumbai.
  • Preference: Male candidates who can join immediately.
