Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Medical Team Lead in Oncology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic input and technical expertise to drive the commercialization of assigned products.

You will lead the design and execution of medical-marketing programs, facilitate interactions with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with relevant SOPs, regulations, and industry codes. Additionally, you will develop, review, and approve protocol documents and supporting materials for clinical projects, collaborating with Global Medical Affairs and Clinical Development teams.

In this role, you will also provide timely, accurate, and balanced medical information to internal and external customers, training sales staff on basic sciences and assigned products. Furthermore, you will contribute to the planning and execution of Investigational New Drug Applications (NDAs) and assist the New Product Planning team in preparing business cases and pre-commercialization programs for global products.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A post-graduate degree in Pharmacology or other Medical specialty/Graduate degree in Medicine
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience as Medical Advisor and minimum of 3 years in Oncology Therapy Area
  • Prior experience of New Launch in Oncology TA
