Senior Operations Manager

Drive daily operations in mortgage origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and servicing. This is a strategic role where you will oversee the execution of key processes to drive business growth and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor team leads to drive productivity, accuracy, and quality benchmarks
  • Analyze operational metrics and prepare performance reports for senior management
  • Resolve escalated issues and provide solutions to operational challenges
  • Evaluate process execution against Standard Operating Procedure
  • Contribute towards process enhancement
  • Align team members with organisational needs, allocate resources and tools to support task performance
  • Track workflow, team performance, resource deployment and capacity planning
  • Review performance on key process metrics and conduct Root Cause Analysis to improve quality parameters
  • Manage daily work within specified timeframe/timeline
  • Effectively manage shift operations

Core Competencies:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years of team handling experience
  • Strong knowledge of US mortgage regulations and guidelines (advantageous)
  • Handled a team size of minimum 50 members
  • Excellent command of English language (fluency in spoken and written)
  • MS Office application suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Good analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong control awareness
  • Ability to build and motivate team
