Job Title: Government Sales

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead our government sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with institutions such as DIPR, DAVP, PSUs and other government agencies.

The role demands a proven ability to deliver impactful media solutions, manage large-scale contracts and build long-term partnerships across ministries, departments and public enterprises.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead engagement with central and state ministries, PSUs and defense/public communication departments.
  • Develop long-term sales strategies aligned with government priorities and media objectives.
  • Represent the organization in policy-level discussions, positioning it as a trusted media partner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Public Policy or related field.
  • Minimum 6-15 years of experience in government sales, PSU engagement, media strategy or public sector consulting.
  • Proven success in securing and managing large-scale government/PSU contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of government procurement systems, DAVP advertising norms, DIPR engagement protocols and PSU compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in sectors such as public health, education, infrastructure or civic engagement.
  • Familiarity with GeM (Government eMarketplace), PSU tendering, eprocurement platforms and compliance protocols.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight timelines.
