**Job Description**

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial activities of our hotel operations. This includes managing and coordinating the budgeting process, preparing financial reports, and conducting financial analysis to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our end-to-end financial management processes. Your focus will be on consolidation, compliance, and performance analysis, acting as a bridge between unit-level finance teams and corporate leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all hotels and F&B outlets.
  • Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure compliance with IND-AS, GST, Income Tax, and hospitality sector-specific regulations.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each hotel unit.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality / multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • S sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
