The role of a Finance Manager involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing timely financial reports.

This position requires partnering with Project Managers to ensure financial goals are met, collaborating with Principals and Studio Leaders to align financial strategies with business objectives, and reviewing bids, proposals, and agreements for financial compliance and client requirements.

  • Financial Planning: Establish financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that support business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide detailed financial analyses, identifying areas for cost savings and recommending improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and global regulations, standards, and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review financial reports and statements for accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
