  • Develop a financial framework for project execution with thorough budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and cash flow against established targets to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance through meticulous oversight of laws and regulations.
  • Refine systems and procedures for improved productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead a high-performing team by mentoring next-generation leaders and driving collaboration across departments.

Sucess Metrics include Final Investment Decision Completion, Cross-functional Collaboration, Tax & Incentive Optimization, and Regulatory Compliance.
