Job Opportunity

    We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Costing Specialist, responsible for managing the financial planning and estimation process for large and complex projects. The successful candidate will have experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Costing Specialist will work closely with project managers to prepare detailed financial plans and estimates.
  • Utilization of software such as Revit/AutoCAD for planning and estimation purposes.
  • Liaison with vendors to analyze costs and manage procurement inquiries.
  • Site visits to understand project challenges and validate costs.
  • Monitoring of project progress and maintenance of updated pricing information.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning/estimation, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Revit, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
