Job Title: Financial Leader

The primary objective of this position is to spearhead all financial management activities, encompassing planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow. A strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills is required to drive business growth through effective financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, spending, cash flow, and financial analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts for senior management, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage vendor, client, and employee payments, salary processing, and expense reimbursements with meticulous documentation, maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements by filing and payment of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and coordination with auditors for internal and external audits.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and cost optimization strategies, analyzing income and expense tracking to maintain the organization's financial health.
  • Drive payment follow-ups, maintain receivables/payables tracker, and handle banking and office visits as necessary, ensuring seamless financial processes.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial processes using ERP, Tally, SAP, and Excel, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide expert financial insights to leadership for informed decision-making, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Liaise with banks, consultants, and other external agencies as required, fostering collaborative relationships to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CA or MBA (Finance) preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
  • Minimum 3–6 years' experience in finance management roles, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries, showcasing adaptability and expertise.
  • Thorough knowledge of Indian statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESI), ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling, applying technical skills to drive business success.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
