Key Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled financial leader to drive strategic growth, optimize performance, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Oversee the implementation of financial controls, risk management practices, and internal audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is an asset).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in Facility Management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing practices.
  • Expertise in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
