HR Business Partner for Talent Acquisition

About the Role
Ananda Services is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to establish and manage the HR function for a fast-growing startup managing multiple brands. This hands-on role involves a wide variety of tasks, from driving the end-to-end recruitment process to fostering company culture and developing HR policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technical hiring and a passion for building HR processes from scratch. They should be able to develop and implement core HR policies in alignment with the founders' vision and foster a positive and engaging company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Actively engage with hiring channels like LinkedIn, university recruitment, and others to build a pool of quality candidates.
- HR Policy & Employee Relations: Develop and implement core HR policies in alignment with the founders' vision. Foster a positive and engaging company culture. Manage employee relations and address grievances effectively.
- HR Operations & Talent Branding: Handle documentation and payroll management. Build a strong employer brand on LinkedIn to attract top talent. Continuously improve the hiring process to secure the best candidates efficiently.
- Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems. Monitor and improve employee satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Business with a major in HR or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with HR tools and software.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance.
- Ability to manage recruitment pipelines and build effective screening processes.
Estimated Salary: ₹30,000 per month. The salary may vary based on location and other factors. Benefits include a hybrid work environment with flexibility, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership in HR.
