About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition & HR Lead, who will lead hiring efforts in India and manage key HR functions. This role combines full-cycle recruitment with HR operations, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, implement recruitment strategies, and oversee employee relations

Key responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions for India,UK and Germany
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate interview feedback sessions with hiring teams
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
  • Manage end to end HR operations at a global level
  • Administer employee benefits, such as insurance and holidays
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Partner with the broader team on compensation, benefits, global mobility and asset management
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality

Experience required

  • 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably within the technology or IT industry.
  • Possess a data-driven mentality, with a demonstrated ability to use data to shape your recruiting strategy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that’s constantly evolving
  • You’re flexible able to wear many hats, and able to contribute to hiring needs in various locations, time zones, and business units if necessary
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with HR operations and practices including employment policies and compliance requirements in India.
