At People Konnect, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - HR to lead our Human Resources team. This pivotal role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to payroll processing, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a high-performing team of 5 HR Business Partners, providing mentorship and ensuring effective support across departments.
  • Drive employee engagement, development, and performance management initiatives.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline and ensure seamless onboarding experiences.

Payroll and Compliance Excellence:

  • Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, adhering to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Guarantee full compliance with HR regulations, company policies, and labor laws.

HR Strategy and Organizational Development:

  • Align HR strategies with organizational goals in collaboration with the Head of HR.
  • Lead initiatives for talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Project Execution and Reporting:

  • Manage HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and HR technology implementations.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure successful execution.

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA in Human Resources or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in HR, including 5 years managing a team of HR Business Partners. A strong track record in handling HR operations for organizations with 500-1000 employees, preferably in healthcare, is essential. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
