TVS Digital is a part of TVS Holdings and has also currently invested in several early-stage high tech start-ups globally in areas of connected manufacturing, fleet management and credit services.
Job Description
To support HR business partner in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives. To support and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that drive organizational success. To handle and successfully complete multiple HR projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations - Support in managing employee relations issues by addressing concerns and assisting in conflict resolution. Help maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Recruitment and Talent Management - Assist in the recruitment process by supporting job postings, conducting initial interviews, and helping with onboarding.
- Performance Management - Help HRBP to facilitate performance reviews and feedback processes. Support managers in setting goals and expectations for their teams.
- Training and Development - Help coordinate and deliver training programs for employee development. Identify skill gaps and development opportunities for employees.
- HR Policy and Compliance - Assist with maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with policies.
- HR Strategy Support/HR project support - Work with senior HR partners to implement strategic HR initiatives that support business goals. Collect data and analyse metrics to improve HR practices and decision-making.
- Handle multiple HR projects:
- Employee Engagement - Help organize engagement activities, surveys, and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Learning & Development
- HR Operations - Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances and governing data in HRMS.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- MBA HR with 3 - 5 years’ experience
- Have hands on experience in handling/driving multiple HR projects
