This role is within CAE Simulation Training Pvt Ltd, a market leader in Simulation Based training in India, located in Greater Noida, Gurugram and Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
    • Plan, source, screen, select, hire and onboard employees
    • Establish new age hiring methodologies like social recruiting
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
    • Determine selection criteria
    • SOURCE potential candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks)
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including assessments and in-person interviews
    • Assess candidate information using Applicant Tracking System
    • Design job descriptions and interview question repository
    • Lead employer branding initiatives
    • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants & potential candidates
  • Business Partnering
    • Focus on strategic alliance with business for overall organization performance
    • Design programs and interventions for enabling the right tools resources for employees
    • Develop and implement process of organizational development, including succession planning
    • Execute compensation strategy, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs and employee engagement programs
  • Onboarding
    • Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
    • Develop Onboarding Program with feedback mechanism
    • Align documentation, assimilation of Competency Module & HR Practices, Policies
    • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and company culture

Requirements:

  • An MBA from a reputed Institute / University with graduation in any discipline
  • 7-10 Years work Experience
  • Familiarity with social media, HR Technology platforms, resume databases and professional networks

Estimated Salary: ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum
