Job Summary

This leadership role plays a pivotal part in strengthening financial systems, forecasting growth, managing cash flows, and professionalising finance operations.

The selected candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, while also preparing reports, conducting analysis, and developing models that guide strategy.

 

About the Position

This full-time, on-site leadership role based in Mumbai oversees various responsibilities including leading financial planning, budgeting & forecasting across brands, building scenario planning & valuation models to guide expansion, developing MIS reports and cash flow management systems for scalability, enhancing and professionalising finance & accounting controls and processes, managing investor relations with accurate projections and transparent communication, partnering with leadership on KPIs and performance tracking.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting across brands
  • Build scenario planning & valuation models to guide expansion
  • Develop MIS reports and cash flow management systems for scalability
  • Enhance and professionalise finance & accounting controls and processes
  • Manage investor relations with accurate projections and transparent communication
  • Partner with leadership on KPIs and performance tracking

 

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a strategic finance leader who can professionalise our systems, drive forecasting and scenario planning, and manage investor relations to support our next phase of growth. The ideal candidate has:

  • 10+ years in FP&A / corporate finance, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail
  • Proven track record of helping restaurant businesses scale
  • Expertise in forecasting, cash flow management, MIS & valuations
  • Strong communication, analytical, and investor-facing skills
  • CA / MBA Finance preferred
