Financial Operations Leader - Financial Strategy plays a vital role in overseeing the financial management of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of customer and vendor ledgers, guaranteeing data integrity.
  • Verify supplier invoices against contractual agreements and record entries in Business Operations System (BOS).
  • Develop monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, revenue statements, and reconcile income and expenditure reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee monthly billing for cargo handling and counter sales, ensuring daily/monthly BOS reconciliation.
  • Monitor receivables, follow up with debtors, and prepare monthly ageing reports to optimize cash flow.
  • Maintain and update financial data across systems such as RSmart and COSYS.
  • Process invoices and accurately record receipts to ensure seamless payment processing.
  • Generate MIS reports and costing sheets for Air India GH & CH using BOS financial data.
  • Ensure proper documentation and backup for all financial transactions.
  • Conduct general ledger reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist auditors during financial audits and statement preparation.
  • Deliver invoices to airline clients and submit acknowledgments to the Team.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager or department head.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and security standards in all financial operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)/ Chartered Accountant Inter with 3–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (Finance) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications and financial systems.
Preferred Experience
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles; experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
  • Exposure to the aviation industry is a plus.
