Senior Accountant Role

Marsman India Cranes Private Limited is a renowned manufacturer and exporter of a wide range of crushing equipment & heavy alloy steel castings. Based in India since 1986, the company is known for its trusted brands.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Sinnar Industrial area, Nashik. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial statements, reconciliations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The key responsibilities include supervising accounting staff, conducting audits, preparing budgets, analyzing financial data to support strategic decisions, handling tax filings, and working closely with other departments to streamline financial processes.

Key qualifications for this role include ERP knowledge, proficiency in managing financial statements, reconciliations, and financial reporting, experience in supervising accounting staff and conducting audits, skills in preparing budgets and analyzing financial data, knowledge of tax filings and regulatory compliance, strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).

Experience in the mining or construction industry is highly desirable but not essential.
