Job Overview

This role combines financial management with accounting responsibilities. The Finance Manager will partner with teams to ensure financial goals are met on both local and global levels.

  • Review bids, proposals, and agreements for financial compliance.
  • Set up projects in ERP systems in line with company policy.
  • Collect and maintain legal documentation for sub-consultants.
  • Provide financial reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
Corporate & Local Finance Management
  • Maintain accurate corporate and local accounting records.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments, expense coding, reimbursements, and cash application.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow forecasts.
  • Handle tax computations, filings, and local compliance requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required. 5+ years' accounting experience in a professional services environment; AEC industry preferred. Minimum 3 years' supervisory or management experience.
