FP&A Manager Role Summary\

The FP&A Manager is a strategic position responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders, engaging with the COE team, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial insights.

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GTM teams supported by the India COE.
  • 'Roll up your sleeves', adopt a hands-on attitude to drive results.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide and present meaningful, concise, and clear analysis to senior management on financial challenges and performances.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards and local regulations.
  • Be the subject matter expert and mentor the COE team members, with a focus on training them on standard FP&A principles and operating procedures.
  • Proactively look at standardization and automation opportunities across different product lines and regions.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and tools.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as required.
\Key Qualifications\

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • CA, MBA, CPA, or CFA is an added advantage.
  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, including Indian GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.
