Role Overview:

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing and AI Growth Lead in the Founding Team.

The role requires developing and executing performance marketing strategies, utilizing AI tools to drive growth, and analyzing data to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies using AI tools
  • Analyze data to optimize campaigns
  • Manage budgets and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience in D2C/FMCG performance marketing
  • Expert-level Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketplace advertising
  • Advanced AI tool usage
  • Growth hacking mentality with startup spirit
  • Experience in the pet care or nutrition industry is beneficial
