We are seeking a Business Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a talented individual who can assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Developing and maintaining customer databases by contacting, collecting inquiries, and sending offers regularly.
- Purchasing and Sales: In charge of buying and selling plastic resins including PP, PE, PET & PVC from Indian producers, distributors, and selling PP, PE, PET & PVC to assigned existing customers and new customers.
- Representation: Representing the company at meetings and conferences in India and international tradeshows to promote company trademarks and products.
- Relationship Building: Maintaining and developing relationships with Indian resin producers.
- Logistics Support: Assisting the Branch Manager to monitor logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations.
- Market Research: Conducting market research by gathering market information for price setting to specific markets.
- Marketing Analysis: Preparing marketing reports; analyzing market trends based on region, seasonality, and customer habits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
- In-depth understanding about polymer markets in India.
- Able to be on abroad or domestic business trips.
- In-depth understanding of the latest business policies and regulations.
Skills:
- Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding leadership quality and negotiation skills.
- Time and task management.
- Ability to work independently under high pressure and flexibility work environment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade, or other related fields. MBA degree is preferred.
