Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to drive revenue growth for our D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
    • Build full-funnel strategies tailored for D2C brands.
    • Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI.
  • Conversion & Growth Optimization
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
    • Optimize ad funnels to reduce CAC and improve ROAS.
    • Collaborate with teams to optimize website conversion rate.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Provide performance dashboards with actionable insights.
    • Forecast spends, CAC, and ROI based on past data and industry benchmarks.
  • Audience & Market Research
    • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
    • Build and scale audiences.
    • Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase LTV.
  • Collaboration & Creative Direction
    • Work with creative teams to guide ad content.
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches and seasonal promotions.
    • Drive innovation by testing new ad formats and growth hacks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing for D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad platforms.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools.
  • Deep knowledge of CAC, ROAS, CLV, AOV, retention, and attribution modeling.
  • Proven track record of scaling D2C campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
